• Deposit Required: A $50 deposit is required before I begin sourcing gift options for à la carte requests. This deposit is credited toward the final sourcing fee and cost of the gifts if you end up proceeding with purchase through TTF. The deposit is nonrefundable once it has been paid.

• Availability-Based Acceptance: À la carte requests, both during and outside of the holiday season, are accepted and fulfilled based on my availability at the time of inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance.

• For each gift sourced through any of the TTF gift services, I will share one initial curated list of gift options based on your gift briefing. If clients do not respond to initial options within two business days, gift delivery timing may change. Pricing and availability is also subject to change until final purchase of the gift.

• If none of the initial options are the right fit, you're entitled to one complimentary round of revised options per gift.

• Requests for additional rounds of revisions beyond this first redo will incur an additional sourcing fee of $50 per round.

• All gift sourcing services for both members and à la carte clients are subject to a sourcing fee which will be reflected on the invoice.

• Sourcing fees and gift costs are invoiced via QuickBooks. Payment may be made via Venmo, or Zelle unless otherwise agreed. Note that if a client would prefer to pay via credit card, additional processing fees will apply.

• Additional fees for add-ons such as gift wrapping, handwritten notes, greeting cards, shipping, etc. may apply. Availability for these services will vary for each gift and is not guaranteed.

• Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

• Gifts will not be purchased until full payment has been received.

• If the price of a gift has changed since options were shared, the new price will be reflected in the invoice.

• Gift details, including product descriptions, images, and specifications, are provided by the retailers and vendors I source from. While I make every effort to ensure accuracy, variations in color, texture, sizing, and other product details may occur.

• I take care to select high-quality, thoughtful gifts, but I do not manufacture or directly control the products I source. TTF is not responsible for manufacturing defects, shipping delays caused by third-party vendors or carriers, or a recipient's personal reaction to a gift once sourcing guidance has been approved by the client. I do not provide any warranties (express or implied) regarding the quality of items I source. If a gift arrives defective, significantly not as described, or otherwise not fit for purpose, I will assist you in returning or exchanging it according to the originating retailer's return policy.

• For returns not related to a defect — such as a change of mind, incorrect size, or recipient preference — any return or exchange is subject to the individual retailer's own return policy. You (or the gift recipient) may be responsible for any costs associated with returning or exchanging an item, including return shipping. Some retailers may only offer store credit or an exchange rather than a refund; TTF has no control over individual retailer policies and cannot guarantee a specific outcome. 

• Sourcing fees and deposits, along with any additional charges (including processing fees, shipping, gift wrapping, etc.), are nonrefundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether the underlying gift is later returned or exchanged.

• If I am unable to fulfill a confirmed request due to my own unavailability, any deposit or fee paid will be refunded in full.

• Membership fees are nonrefundable once paid.

• From time to time, I may photograph or share general details of gifts I've sourced (with identifying client/recipient information removed) for use on my website or Instagram. If you'd prefer your gift not be featured, just let me know and I'll happily exclude it.

• Information you share with me, including contact details and gifting occasion dates, is used solely to provide and improve the Services and is not sold or shared with third parties outside of what's needed to fulfill your request (e.g., shipping a gift).

I may update these Terms from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TTF operates.
