What is a gift concierge?
I want you to think of me as a friend whose taste you trust and who you can rely on to find thoughtful gifts that the people in your lives will love and appreciate. I bring my passion for a great find to serve you and your gifting needs. On top of choosing and sourcing your gifts, I can offer add-ons such as gift wrapping, personalized cards, and hand delivery services in select zip codes, pending timing and availability. My goal is to make thoughtful gifting as easy as possible so you can enjoy giving the gift without worrying about the process.

I source gifts not only from mainstream retailers, but also spend time perusing local New York City shops and finding smaller online and brick and mortar stores to offer my clients a wider range of gifting options, so your gifts feel personalized and special. Small businesses are key to securing thoughtful finds. Without them, everything starts to look the same and becomes harder and more overwhelming to sift through. Supporting and spotlighting small businesses when I can is a big part of The Thoughtful Find’s mission.
How it works
Below is the basic process for my everyday gift concierge services outside of holiday season (more to come on holiday-specific offerings in the Fall!). Depending on your needs I may be able to tailor my process, so if you have questions just reach out to me at caitlin@thethoughtfulfind.com.
Step 1Inquire
To engage me to help with your next gifting occasion, fill out a brief inquiry form with your name, contact info, and the date by which you need your gift. I will follow up as soon as possible to confirm my availability.
Step 2Briefing
Once I confirm my availability, you fill out a quick survey to help me understand your occasion, budget, gift recipient, and any add-on services you may want to request. At this stage I also ask for a deposit which will be credited to my fees upon receipt of your gift.
Step 3Sourcing
I work with you to source a thoughtful gift that the recipient will love. I purchase the gift on your behalf, and make sure it gets to either you or its recipient based on your preference.
